STUDENT MOBILITY PROGRAM<\/p>\n

University of the Ryukyus Okinawa Japan and University of Prince of Songkhla Thailand<\/p>\n

FMIPA Unsyiah opens the opportunity to obtain Student Mobility Program funding for students to carry out activities for seven days at the University of Ryukyus Okinawa Japan and the University of Prince of Songkhla Thailand.<\/p>\n

SELECTION REQUIREMENTS<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Active student at Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences Unsyiah Undergraduate Program<\/li>\n
  2. Class of 2013, 2014, and 2015<\/li>\n
  3. Have a GPA \u22653.00<\/li>\n
  4. Active in student organizations<\/li>\n
  5. Have active English language skills, proven by English course grades \u2265B and interview results.<\/li>\n
  6. Physically and mentally healthy, proven by a doctor’s certificate<\/li>\n
  7. Get recommendations from guardian lecturers<\/li>\n
  8. Obtain written permission from parents<\/li>\n
  9. Achievements in the fields of reasoning, talents and interests are an added value<\/li>\n
  10. Ability and knowledge of Acehnese arts and culture and mastery of one of Aceh’s art forms is an added value<\/li>\n
  11. Preferably you have never participated in a similar program while you were a student<\/li>\n
  12. Submit the completed registration form and attach all other documents.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    PROGRAM FLOW<\/p>\n

    1. Those interested send the registration form via email to kmhs_fmipa@hotmail.com complete with the following documents:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      1. Temporary grade transcript signed by the guardian lecturer<\/li>\n
      2. Guardian lecturer recommendation letter<\/li>\n
      3. Parental permission letter<\/li>\n
      4. Participant statement letter<\/li>\n
      5. Health certificate from doctor<\/li>\n
      6. Proof of activity in student organizations<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        1. The committee will select the files<\/li>\n
        2. Interview of participants who passed the administration stage<\/li>\n
        3. Winner announcement<\/li>\n
        4. Pre-departure training<\/li>\n
        5. Visa processing and other administrative requirements<\/li>\n
        6. Travel<\/li>\n
        7. Program implementation<\/li>\n
        8. Dissemination of implementation results<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
