Strengthening PERFORMANCE Accountability<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Excellent service and integrity will be realized if there is performance management that provides direction regarding the management of service performance to achieve the results expected by the agency.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5. Strengthening Supervision<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>An internal supervision and control system is an absolute requirement for the realization of a service unit with integrity and capable of providing excellent quality service.<\/p>\n<p><strong>6.
