USK student at D3\/S1 level 2017-2020 who comes from underprivileged families, GPA min. 3.00<br \/>\n2. Have academic\/non-academic achievements (last 2 years)<br \/>\n3. Don&#8217;t date and don&#8217;t smoke<br \/>\n4. Have a recommendation from WR III\/WD III\/USK Lecturer (choose one)<br \/>\n5. You must subscribe to the USK Jamik Mosque Charity House&#8217;s YouTube and Instagram for updated information<\/p>\n<p>ADMINISTRATIVE TERMS<br \/>\n1. Recommendation from WR III\/WD III\/USK Lecturer (choose one)<br \/>\n2. Statement Letter<br \/>\n3. Scan the latest transcript<br \/>\n4. Scan KTM<br \/>\n5. Scan KTP<br \/>\n6. Scan of Academic\/Non-Academic Achievement Certificate (last 2 years)<br \/>\n7. Color passport photo size 3&#215;4<\/p>\n<p>PROPOSAL MECHANISM<br \/>\n1. Download the form in points 1 and 2 via the link: https:\/\/bit.ly\/berkas-bpra2021<br \/>\n2. Prepare files for upload<br \/>\na. Scan files at points 1-6 in one PDF file (max 1 MB)<br \/>\nb. Color passport photo size 3&#215;4 in JPG format (max 1 MB)<br \/>\n3.
