The Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences (FMIPA) of Syiah Kuala University (USK) officially handed over the Integrated Service Unit (ULT) Application to Universitas Syiah Kuala (USK), marking another significant milestone in the university\u2019s efforts to strengthen digital governance and public service standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The handover was received directly by the Rector of USK, Prof. Dr. Ir. Marwan, from the Dean of FMIPA USK, Prof. Dr. Taufik Fuadi Abidin, at the USK Rectorate Building. Held on 22 October 2025, this moment symbolizes a strategic advancement in the ongoing implementation of the Integrity Zone (ZI) within the university environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Also present to witness the handover were the USK Secretary, Dr. Teuku Meldi Kesuma; the Vice Dean for Student Affairs, Alumni, and Achievements of FMIPA, Dr. Ir. Wira Dharma; and the Head of the USK ICT Center (UPT TIK), Razief Perucha Fauzie Afidh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The ULT application being handed over has been operational for some time within FMIPA USK, where it has played a crucial role in improving service efficiency, transparency, and responsiveness. Its successful implementation is part of the faculty\u2019s strong commitment to supporting the Integrity Zone (ZI) initiative.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

FMIPA USK is recognized as the first faculty within USK to establish and fully develop a faculty-level Integrated Service Unit. This achievement reflects FMIPA\u2019s leadership in promoting innovation, accountability, and a culture of quality service within the university.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In his remarks, Dean of FMIPA USK Prof. Dr. Taufik Fuadi Abidin emphasized that this initiative represents the faculty\u2019s dedication to creating a more modern, transparent, and user-oriented service ecosystem. \u201cWe are proud that FMIPA has been able to pioneer the development of a functional and effective ULT at the faculty level. This application is not just a technological tool\u2014it is a manifestation of our commitment to better governance and continuous improvement. By handing it over to the university, we hope it can be scaled up and bring wider benefits for all units across USK,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He further added that FMIPA will continue to support innovations that strengthen institutional performance and contribute to a more integrated service culture throughout the university.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
