\n1. Bachelor of Pharmacy graduates from a LAMPT-Kes accredited Study Program of at least B or Very Good
\n2. Have a minimum GPA for USK Bachelor of Pharmacy alumni is 2.75 and for non-USK alumni is 3.00
\n3. Not partial or total color blindness
\n4. Not pregnant at the time of registration and during education
\nNote: Participants who do not meet the requirements will not be included in the selection stage.<\/p>\n
\n1. Pay the registration fee of IDR 500,000 (five hundred thousand rupiah) via BSI on a Host to Host (H2H) basis with the following steps:
\n\u2022 Open the BSI Mobile application
\n\u2022 Select the pay menu
\n\u2022 Choose academic
\n\u2022 Select account number
\n\u2022 Type USK, then select 9648-USK PSPPA
\n\u2022 Type the payment code (KTP number)
\n\u2022 Click the next button
\n\u2022 Type the ATM\/M-Banking pin
\n\u2022 Exit payment information
\n\u2022 Click the next button to proceed to the payment process
\n2. Fill out the online registration form via the following link registrationprofesi.usk.ac.id using the Identity Number (NIK KTP) and PIN on the registration payment receipt (on June 1 to July 4 2023).
\n3. Upload the following documents (max 500 kb each file):
\n\u2022 Scan of the original diploma or Certificate of Passing (SKL) for the original undergraduate exam for those who have not yet graduated
\n\u2022 Scan of original grade transcript or scan of temporary transcript legalized by an authorized official for those who have not yet graduated
\n\u2022 Scan your Identity Card (KTP) or family card
\n\u2022 Passport photo with a red background measuring 3×4 cm
\n\u2022 Scan of a certificate of not being color blind from a government health agency
\n\u2022 Scan your BPJS membership card or other health insurance.
\n\u2022 Scan of a statement of support from parents\/guardians or legal partners for those who are married (download here<\/a>) .
\n\u2022 Scan the prospective student’s statement of commitment to take part in the entire educational process if they are declared to have passed ( download here<\/a>).
\n4. Print the Registration Form which functions as an Exam Participant Card<\/p>\n
\n1. Registration: June 1- July 4, 2023
\n2. Computer Based Written Exam: July 11, 2023
\n3. Color Blind Test & Interview: July 12-14, 2023
\n4. Graduation Announcement: July 20, 2023<\/p>\n
\nThe costs for organizing the Pharmacist Professional Education Study Program (PSPPA) at Syiah Kuala University for the Odd Semester of the 2023\/2024 Academic Year are as follows:
\n\u2022 Registration Fee: Rp. 500,000

\n– USK Pharmacy S1 Alumni = Rp. 14,000,000\/SMT
