This scholarship supports students, students and young professionals to realize their potential. This program was created by Nuffic Neso Indonesia together with Dutch universities and partners from the public and private sectors.
There are 22 organizations contributing to the 2014 Orange Tulip Scholarship (OTS): Dutch universities, Indonesian ministries, and Dutch companies. There are 27 scholarship schemes and 86 scholarships available.
The degrees offered in the OTS scholarship are: foundation/pathway, Bachelor’s and Master’s programs in various academic subjects. The 2013 OTS program was also more successful than the previous year: with 19 organizations providing more than 40 scholarships. For 2014, Nuffic Neso succeeded in doubling the number of scholarships available to Indonesians through this OTS program.
Co-investment for the future The theme of the Orange Tulip Scholarship program is ‘co-investment for the future’, because this program combines funds from universities, the public sector and the corporate world. Because most of the scholarships are partial scholarships, OTS scholarship recipients must also contribute.

The Orange Tulip Scholarship program offers scholarships for three types of programs: foundation, undergraduate and postgraduate. Each scholarship has a different funding structure, and most take the form of a full or partial reduction in study costs.
