One of the 2017 FMIPA Unsyiah Chemistry Department students named Agus Winarsih who has took part in an international chess competition held in the neighboring country, Malaysia, managed to get 2nd place in the Best Girl Grand Asean Chess Challengers (GACC Intervarsity Championship 2019) at the University of Malaya (UM).
