Chairman of the Student Executive Board (BEM) Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences (FMIPA) Unsyiah elected through acclamation, Wan Ahmad Tohari, was officially inaugurated on Monday (25/2) in the New Building Hall FMIPA Unsyiah.
The inauguration of the Chair of BEM FMIPA Unsyiah coincided with the inauguration of the management of BEM FMIPA, the Student Representative Council (DPM) FMIPA and the Student Activity Unit (UKM) FMIPA Unsyiah.
Wan Ahmad Tohari, who is an undergraduate student in the Informatics Study Program class of 2015, was officially appointed as General Chair of BEM FMIPA 2019/2020 by the Dean of the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Dr. TM Iqbalsyah, M.Sc. The inauguration ceremony was held in the New Building Hall of the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences. The event was also witnessed by the Vice Chancellor for Student and Alumni Affairs, Dr. Ir. Alfiansyah Yulianur, BC, representatives of the Dean for Student and Alumni Affairs at Syiah Kuala University, as well as other important officials.
Apart from that, the inauguration of the new Chair and administrators of DPM and UKM within the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences was also carried out. Barracuda Nature Lovers Student UKM, chaired by Erwin Zuhri, and Seuramoe Art UKM, chaired by Saryulis. UKM LDF Ulul Albab chaired by Firja Herinaldi.
After a series of activities were carried out, the peak of the event came, namely the taking of the oath of office as administrators of BEM FMIPA 2019/2020, led by the Dean of the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Dr. TM Iqbalsyah, M.Sc and spoken by all the new BEM, UKM and DPM administrators of the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences. Hopefully the formation of the new BEM FMIPA management by Wan Ahmad Tohari and Farhil Mubaraq can bring the MIPA Faculty to an even better level.
