Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences (FMIPA) Syiah Kuala University (USK) signs the manuscript Research Cooperation Agreement (PKS) with the Center for Environmental Research and Clean Technology (PRLTB) of the National Research Agency (BRIN) on Tuesday (7/3). The signing was carried out in a hybrid manner via zoom by the Dean of FMIPA USK, Prof. Dr. Teuku M. Iqbalsyah, S.Si., M.Sc., and Head of PRLTB,Dr. Sasa Sofyan Munawar, S.Hut., MP.

The main theme of this collaboration revolves around research and innovation in the field of environmental nanotechnology. However, Sasa in his speech stated that this collaboration was not only limited to this field. BRIN is generally very open to collaborating with various research institutions at home and abroad. This collaboration also opens up opportunities for FMIPA students to carry out final project research at BRIN.
Meanwhile, Iqbalsyah, Dean of FMIPA USK, in his speech hoped that this research collaboration would open up wider research space at both institutions. FMIPA USK is currently also intensively opening a collaborative network with various research institutions, both domestic and foreign.
FMIPA USK is one of the work units within USK which is very productive in conducting research and publishing its research results in various journals, both national and international. This is not surprising, considering that the research facilities at FMIPA are getting better, and resources the researchers are also doctors or masters from various well-known universities in the world. different world.
