The Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences (FMIPA) Syiah Kuala University (USK) held an evaluation meeting on the performance of the FMIPA Integrated Service Unit (ULT), Thursday (15/6) at the FMIPA main building. The meeting was chaired directly by the Deputy Dean for Student Affairs, Alumni and Partnerships who is also the Head of the Public Service Quality Improvement Area, Dr.rer.nat. Ilham Maulana, and accompanied by FMIPA Administration Section Coordinator Husaini, S.Si., MM
The meeting, which was attended directly by Section Sub-coordinators, academic staff and Student Affairs, Alumni and Partnership staff, as well as ULT FMIPA staff, lasted for two hours. The evaluation results show that in general the presence of ULT at FMIPA has significantly improved the quality of FMIPA services. However, several aspects still require improvement.

In his speech, Ilham explained that the purpose of the evaluation meeting was not only to evaluate the process of implementing services to the community based on service standards, but also to fulfill the terms and conditions for applying for an Integrity Zone, a Corruption Free Area, and a Clean Serving Bureaucratic Area (ZI/WBK).-WBBM).
FMIPA USK is the first faculty at USK to launch ZI/WBK. ULT is an important instrument in terms of public services which is also the main point required for ZI/WBK.

On the same occasion, Husaini said that the ULT implementation process at FMIPA was good and running according to expectations, even though the facilities were not optimal, we needed input from all colleagues so that we could continue to improve public services (HS/IM)
