
Banda Aceh – The grand celebration of FMIPA-USK’s 7th Lustrum was marked by the 2024 FMIPA Best Lecturer and Staff Awards, honoring exceptional individuals and student organizations. These awards reflect the dedication and remarkable contributions that have propelled FMIPA into becoming one of the leading faculties of Universitas Syiah Kuala over the past 35 years.
Recognizing Outstanding Achievements
In the academic and administrative categories, five individuals were honored for their extraordinary contributions:
- Best Lecturer in Teaching:
Iqbar, S.Si., M.Sc (Department of Biology) – Recognized for exceptional teaching quality and commitment to student success. - Best Lecturer in Research:
Prof. Dr. rer. nat. Ir. Rinaldi Idroes, S.Si (Department of Pharmacy) – Acknowledged for innovative research and impactful contributions to scientific advancements. - Best Lecturer in Community Service:
Apt. Nadia Isnaini, S.Farm., M.Sc (Department of Pharmacy) – Awarded for active engagement in community service initiatives that enhance public well-being. - Best Administrative Staff:
Munawir, A.Md – Appreciated for professionalism and efficiency in supporting faculty operations. - Best Laboratory Technician:
Nurul Zamaruddin, S.T – Honored for dedication to laboratory management and ensuring seamless operations.



Chair of the Judging Panel, Prof. Dr. Zurnila Marli Kesuma, S.Si., M.Si, emphasized the fair and transparent evaluation process. “Each candidate was objectively assessed based on pre-established criteria. This ensures that the awards truly represent individuals who meet the highest standards,” she explained.
