ANNOUNCEMENT OF INVITATION TO ENTER THE THREE FACULTY OF MIPA DIPLOMA

The Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences Unsyiah invites SMA/SMK/MA graduates who have an interest in the fields of: (1). Information Technology and (2). Electronics to join the Diploma III Study Program (1). Informatics Management; (2). Electronic Engineeringa; without a test by sending the following files:

1. Completed registration form (form can be downloaded here)
2. Written explanation about interest in entering D-III (examples can be downloaded here)
3. Photocopy of report cards for the last three semesters (semester 3,4,5)
4. Recommendations from the homeroom teacher or school principal ( Download)
5. Photocopy of proof of achievement (if any), for example sports, arts, Olympics, memorizing Al-Quran, MTQ, etc. Files that have been completed are sent or delivered directly to Administrative Section of the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences or sent via email penregistrand3@fmipa.usk.ac.id. All files are created in PDF

format

5. Re-registration: 1 to 7 August 2016 (Students who have passed register online on the page (www.penregistrand3.unsyiah .ac.id)
6. Re-registration fee: Rp. 300,000,- (paid via Bank Mandiri with payment code 2)
