Syiah Kuala University- Vice President Jusuf Kalla (JK) inaugurated a number of buildings for three faculties at Syiah Kuala University (Unsyiah) Aceh, namely the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine and the Faculty of Marine Affairs and Fisheries. This magnificent building is assistance from the Saudi Fund Development (SFD).
The inauguration of the new building at Unsyiah was carried out by JK after delivering a scientific oration held at the AAC Dayan Dawood Building, in Darussalam, Banda Aceh, Monday (2/9/2019). JK signed the inauguration inscription from the main stage.
The process of signing the inauguration inscription was witnessed by Unsyiah Chancellor Prof. Samsul Rizal, Acting Governor of Aceh Nova Iriansyah, Indonesian Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning Sofyan Djalil, as well as a number of related parties. This inauguration is also related to the 58th anniversary of Unsyiah. In his scientific oration, JK conveyed the important role of universities in advancing the nation.
