About me
Teaching staff in Department of Pharmacy, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Science, Universitas Syiah Kuala. Teaching several courses such as Immunology, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Physics, Pharmaceutical Technology of Sterile Preparation, Pharmaceutical Technology of Liquid and Semisolid Preparation, Phytotherapy, Traditional Medicine Standardization, Forensic Pharmacy, and Veterinary Pharmacy.
Her undergraduate, pharmacist degree, and magister was completed in Institut Technology Bandung. During undergraduate level, she finished her final project examining immunomodulatory effect of coffee and tea. Her thesis,”Immunomodulatory effect from White Turmeric’s Polysaccharide” was completed under the supervision of Dr. Maria Immaculata Iwo, M.Si and has been published in national accredited journal in 2014.
Her recent publication “Role of Pharmacist in Disaster Management” discussed about aspects needed to be overviewed by pharmacist when involving in disaster management team. This review article was published in national accredited journal in 2018. She also has another review article waiting to be published in another accredited journal. Her interest is in immunology especially in cancer immunotherapy and the use of nanotechnology in immunotherapy.
She is also active in Pharmacist Association in Banda Aceh. Currently, she is appointed as secretary of Pharmacist Association of Aceh Province for 2018-2022 and 2022-2026 period.
