Nine FMIPA UNSYIAH Students Sent to China
A total of nine undergraduate students from the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences (FMIPA) at Syiah Kuala University (Unsyiah) were sent to Wuhan, China, to take part in the Student Mobility Program. This program lasted for 12 days starting last October 12. The nine students sent were selected from around 1,700 currently active FMIPA students. Selection focuses on academic achievement, extra-curricular achievements, ability to communicate in a foreign language, and general insight. Unsyiah Lecturer Becomes First Mathematics Professor in Aceh
Another proud achievement was achieved by the FMIPA Unsyiah Mathematics Study Program. After BAN-PT awarded the highest accreditation certificate for the third time for the Mathematics Study Program, now this proud achievement is attributed to one of its lecturers, namely Dr Marwan Ramli.
