In connection with the provision of scholarships by the Osaka Gas Foundation of International Cultural Exchange (OGFICE) in the 2022/2023 academic year (period September 2022 to August 2023), the Dean of the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences USK hereby announces FMIPA students who meet the requirements as potential recipients of the Osaka Gas Scholarship for the 2022/2023 Academic Year with the following conditions:
- Comes from Aceh Province;
- Active students at S-l and D-lll levels:
- Not yet working permanently and not currently receiving or in the process of applying for a scholarship/service bond allowance from any other source;
- Comes from a family whose socio-economic life is less fortunate, here
- Have a minimum Grade Point Average (GPA) of 2.50
- Minimum occupies semester 2 with a note in the period September 2022 to August 2023 and has not been able to complete studies and will not take academic leave.
The steps that must be taken:
- Register at the URL address www.beasiswa.usk.ac.id This module can only be accessed by active students. Login validation is synchronized with student login data in the academic system;
- The process of printing PDF pages can be done by clicking the print icon. Then this printed page is attached to the scholarship proposal folder along with all other complete documents which must be submitted by the student to the Student Affairs Sub-Division.
The complete administrative materials that need to be attached in the name of each prospective recipient in duplicate consist of;
- Photocopy of Student Identity Card (KTM);
- Photocopy of Study Result Card (KHS) for the odd semester of the 2021/2022 academic year;
- Photocopy of Family Card;
- Photocopy of Study Plan Card (KRS) even semester 2021/2022 academic year;
- Photocopy of the front page of the savings book submitted after the graduation announcement:
- A statement from the head of the village/subdistrict where the parents of the prospective scholarship recipients reside stating that the person concerned is truly unable to pay for the education of their child whose name is listed on the letter (example attached);
- Statement Letter (attached).
Online registration is open from 2 to 19 June 2022. We will receive the application folder no later than June 21, 2022.
