The Department of Pharmacy, FMIPA, Syiah Kuala Darussalam University, Banda Aceh, welcomes back prospective new students for the Pharmacist Professional Education Study Program (PSPPA) Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Syiah Kuala University, Odd Semester of the Academic Year 2023/2024, with the following requirements:
A. PARTICIPANT REQUIREMENTS
1. Bachelor of Pharmacy graduates from a LAMPT-Kes accredited Study Program of at least B or Very Good
2. Have a minimum GPA for USK Bachelor of Pharmacy alumni is 2.75 and for non-USK alumni is 3.00
3. Not partial or total color blindness
4. Not pregnant at the time of registration and during education
Note: Participants who do not meet the requirements will not be included in the selection stage.
B. REGISTRATION STAGES
1. Pay the registration fee of IDR 500,000 (five hundred thousand rupiah) via BSI on a Host to Host (H2H) basis with the following steps:
• Open the BSI Mobile application
• Select the pay menu
• Choose academic
• Select account number
• Type USK, then select 9648-USK PSPPA
• Type the payment code (KTP number)
• Click the next button
• Type the ATM/M-Banking pin
• Exit payment information
• Click the next button to proceed to the payment process
2. Fill out the online registration form via the following link registrationprofesi.usk.ac.id using the Identity Number (NIK KTP) and PIN on the registration payment receipt (on June 1 to July 4 2023).
3. Upload the following documents (max 500 kb each file):
• Scan of the original diploma or Certificate of Passing (SKL) for the original undergraduate exam for those who have not yet graduated
• Scan of original grade transcript or scan of temporary transcript legalized by an authorized official for those who have not yet graduated
• Scan your Identity Card (KTP) or family card
• Passport photo with a red background measuring 3×4 cm
• Scan of a certificate of not being color blind from a government health agency
• Scan your BPJS membership card or other health insurance.
• Scan of a statement of support from parents/guardians or legal partners for those who are married (download here) .
• Scan the prospective student’s statement of commitment to take part in the entire educational process if they are declared to have passed ( download here).
4. Print the Registration Form which functions as an Exam Participant Card
C. SELECTION STAGES
1. Registration: June 1- July 4, 2023
2. Computer Based Written Exam: July 11, 2023
3. Color Blind Test & Interview: July 12-14, 2023
4. Graduation Announcement: July 20, 2023
D. PROGRAM IMPLEMENTATION COSTS
The costs for organizing the Pharmacist Professional Education Study Program (PSPPA) at Syiah Kuala University for the Odd Semester of the 2023/2024 Academic Year are as follows:
• Registration Fee: Rp. 500,000
• Amount of Education Fees.
– USK Pharmacy S1 Alumni = Rp. 14,000,000/SMT
– Non-Alumnus of USK Bachelor of Pharmacy = Rp. 14,000,000/SMT, BOP Rp. 12,000,000
